"The first thing you do before deciding to change and want to see yourself differently is to first convince yourself. Because it's going to be a radical change in your life, I started by changing my eating habits. The first thing I do every morning is have a green smoothie and after 3 hours I eat vegetables, quinoa and either chicken or fish. Two times a week I eat red meat. In addition to improving my eating habits another important thing is that I started exercising 2 days cardio, weight class 2 days and 1 day zumba classes ''
